Special Considerations for Different Veterans

VA Health Login for Wounded Warriors and Active Duty

The VA Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization integrates VA, Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, and community care providers into a single system . This means active duty and transitioning service members can potentially access their records through the same VA login. The My VA Health portal (retired May 29, 2026) was part of this effort, and services are now accessible through My HealtheVet on VA.gov.
